Wooden Dashboard
& Woodtrim Restoration
Rob Chapman and Phil Cliff met in 1980 when they started their four-year City and Guilds Coachbuilding apprenticeship at Rolls Royce & Bentley Motor Cars.
Upon qualifying, both began work in the veneering team within the woodworking department. Both were trained and worked extensively in the creation of wood trim for the Rolls Royce & Bentley vehicle range.
During this time, Rob and Phil were also involved in the manufacture of wood trim for the specially-commissioned Mulliner Park Ward cars.
Chapman & Cliff was set up in 1994 and has been operating from the present premises near Crewe since 1997.
